What We Did
Website Rebuild
The existing site was built on an outdated template that had never been updated for mobile. On a phone — where most local searches happen — it was broken. Text overflowed, buttons were untappable, and the wrong phone number meant every visitor who tried to call hit a dead end.
We rebuilt the site from the ground up: mobile-first layout, corrected contact information on every page, clear service pages, and a quote request form that works in under two minutes from any device.
Automation
Before the rebuild, there was no way to request a quote online. Potential customers had to call — or leave. We installed and configured WPForms Pro with an instant email notification system. Every quote request now lands in the owner’s inbox immediately, with the customer’s name, job type, and preferred timing already filled in.
No more missed leads sitting in a form for days. No more playing phone tag just to figure out what the job is.
Social Media
The Google Business profile had never been claimed — meaning Onroot had no control over what showed up when customers searched for them. The Facebook page hadn’t been updated in two years, sending a signal that the business might not even be open anymore.
We claimed and updated the Google Business profile with current hours, services, and contact details. Facebook was reconnected to the new site so every page update reflects across platforms.
